Library Blogs have seen more applications in libraries across the state.  Blogs can be hosted on library servers or internet hosts, such as www.blogger.com.

Berkeley Heights Public Library Book Blog  Library news and book reviews.  (That rhymes!)

West Long Branch Public Library  Uses the blog for their entire library website, very effective, easy management.

The Butler Public Library  Uses this blog for their Thursday night book club.

Long Hill Reads -- the Long Hill Twp Library uses this blog to post library patron reviews as part of the "Winter Reading Club."

Staff blogs

The Long Hill Library uses a staff blog to communicate between staff members. Links to the staff blog are available from all staff computer desktops in the library, and people can (and do) also post and view from home. For more info contact Mary Martin, Director at director@longhilllibrary.org.
